The wait is over: on the upcomming weekend, the IAME Series Germany will finally kick off it's 2024 season. A highlight awaits the participants in the X30 Juniors and X30 Seniors classes at Arena E in Mülsen, Saxony. The fast but demanding track has been very popular with both drivers and spectators in recent years due to close racing and slipstream battles.
During the winter break, improvements and innovations were worked on meticulously and with success: the new organization around the German Kart Championship (DKM) brings many advantages, a live stream will also return for the many fans.
However, the IAME Series Germany not only has many fans, the entry lists are also full to bursting: The junior driver field is fully booked with 36 starters. There are well-known drivers from the previous year as well as many newcomers and rookies at the start. It is difficult to narrow down the favourites, but they will include the reigning Mini champion Emilio Bernd (EB-Sportpromotion), who will be up against more experienced rivals such as Lars Ramaer (SIM-ON), his teammate Lukas Roos and Konstantin Titze (Dörr Motorsport). The chance of a surprise winner at the season opener cannot be ignored either.
In the seniors' category, 50 participants are hardly surprising. Six nations are represented in the very strong field, but who will have the upper hand here? Nando Weixelbaumer (TB Racing Team) dares to make another attempt after finishing runner-up last year. Elia Weiss (SIM-ON) has already impressed on the international stage in his rookie year with the seniors and would also like to attack in Germany. Last year's dominator of the Juniors, Phil Colin Strenge (Ebert Motorsport), wants to win his next title. The fast Brit Daniel Guinchard (SFR Motorsport) has already been successful in Germany and now wants to fight for titles and race wins in the IAME one-make cup.
The ingredients are therefore in place for an eventful start to the season the weather could also play a major role and turn the classifications upside down. The racing action begins on Friday with the free practice sessions. The qualifying sessions are scheduled for Saturday morning, before the heats take place on the same day. On finals-day, a superheat and a final will be held to determine the first winners on sunday. Live timing and live streaming will be available on both days.

In der Winterpause wurde akribisch an Verbesserungen und Neuerungen gearbeitet und das mit Erfolg: Die neue Organisation rund um die Deutsche Kart Meisterschaft (DKM) bringt viele Vorteile, für die vielen Fans wird auch der Live-Stream zurückkehren.
Die IAME Series Germany hat aber nicht nur viele Fans, auch die Teilnehmerlisten sind prall gefüllt: Das Fahrerfeld der Junioren ist mit 36 Startern bis auf den letzten Platz ausgebucht. Es sind sowohl bekannte Piloten aus dem Vorjahr als auch viele Neulinge und Rookies am Start. Die Chance für einen Überraschungssieger beim Saisonauftakt ist ebenfalls nicht zu vernachlässigen.
Bei den Senioren überraschen 50 Teilnehmer fast nicht mehr. Im sehr stark besetzten Feld sind gleich sechs Nationen vertreten, doch wer wird hier die Oberhand haben? Nando Weixelbaumer (TB Racing Team) wagt nach dem Vizetitel im letzten Jahr einen weiteren Anlauf. Elia Weiss (SIM-ON) konnte in seinem Rookie-Jahr bei den Senioren bereits auf internationaler Bühne überzeugen und möchte auch in Deutschland angreifen. Der Dominator der Junioren aus dem letzten Jahr, Phil Colin Strenge (Ebert Motorsport) will den nächsten Titel einfahren. Der schnelle Brite Daniel Guinchard (SFR Motorsport) war bereits in Deutschland erfolgreich, nun möchte er auch im IAME-Markenpokal um Titel und Rennsiege kämpfen.
Die Zutaten für einen ereignisreichen Start in die Saison stehen also bereit, auch das Wetter könnte eine große Rolle spielen und die Klassements auf den Kopf stellen. Die Rennaction beginnt am Freitag mit den freien Trainings. Am Samstagmorgen stehen die Qualifyings an, bevor es am selben Tag noch die Vorläufe gehen wird. Zum Finalsonntag werden ein Superheat und ein Finale ausgetragen und die ersten Sieger bestimmt. An beiden Tagen stehen sowohl Live-Timing als auch Live-Stream zur Verfügung.
